CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION
An application has been made to the UEMS EACCME® for CME accreditation of the pres-symposium and the congress.
Note: The American Medical Association (AMA) has an agreement of mutual recognition of continuing medical education (CME) credit with the European Union of Medical Specialties (UEMS). Under the terms of this agreement, the AMA would convert the European CME credit to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
